1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JarUp AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
JarUp AI provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent. We provide infrastructure, a user interface, and security. You bring your own API keys (BYOK) to connect to AI model providers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. BYOK & API Keys
You are solely responsible for your API keys. We encrypt keys at rest (AES-256-GCM) but cannot guarantee absolute security. You should monitor your API key usage with your provider.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI Disclaimers
AI-generated outputs may contain errors. JarUp AI is not liable for actions taken based on AI output. Code execution occurs within sandboxed containers, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed via NOWPayments (crypto) or Tribute (Telegram). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Data & Privacy
Your chat data and files are stored in your container. We do not train AI models on your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
9. Limitation of Liability
JarUp AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your container data may be deleted after a grace period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
