We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:
- Account information (email, name) provided during registration
- Usage data (container metrics, session duration)
- Payment information processed by third-party providers
- Chat history and files stored in your container
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send important service notifications
- Improve and optimize the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
3. API Keys
Your API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with an additional layer of pgcrypto encryption. Keys are decrypted only when needed to make API calls to your chosen AI providers. We never share your API keys with third parties.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Hetzner Cloud servers in Europe. Chat history and files reside within your isolated Docker container. Database records are protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring only you can access your data.
5. AI Training
We do not use your chat data, files, or API interactions to train any AI models. Your conversations are private and are not analyzed for purposes other than providing the Service.
6. Analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics, which helps us understand how users interact with the platform. Analytics data is anonymized and used solely for product improvement.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase -- authentication and database
- NOWPayments -- cryptocurrency payment processing
- Tribute -- Telegram payment processing
- PostHog -- product analytics
- Sentry -- error tracking
- Cloudflare -- CDN and security
8. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, your container and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data
- Object to data processing
